    So often sales leaders are ‘thrown to the wolves’ – they’ve been a successful salesperson and the company believes that this success will seamlessly translate into team leadership success. This rarely happens. This is the ‘Hope & Pray’ strategy.

    With little support, assistance & direction from the business, other than ‘hit the number’ many Sales Leaders struggle, and burn out.

    The end result? Lack of strategy & planning, poor engagement, breakdown of sales process, poor sales culture, and ultimately – missing the number.
